For founder-led businesses
Hit $50k to $150k months with a predictable inbound pipeline.
Without turning the founder into a full-time creator. We build the content engine, we run it, and you stay the talent.
We take on four new founders a month. Every call is tactical: we map where your content is leaking and build the first 30 days around your real numbers, whether or not we work together.
The real problem
The content went out. The calendar stayed empty.
You have probably tried this in-house. You have probably also paid someone who went straight for top-of-funnel clickbait, pointed at nobody in particular. Either it never reached anyone, or it reached the wrong people. Both end the same way: a feed with something on it and a calendar with nothing in it.
The right hundred people seeing it beats the wrong hundred thousand.
Four takes that didn't cut
- TAKE 01You film in a burst, post for three weeks, then a client month swallows it and the feed goes quiet.
- TAKE 02You hired an editor. You are now the bottleneck, because nobody else can say what good looks like.
- TAKE 03The agency chased a view count. The number went up, the calendar stayed empty, and nobody could tell you why.
- TAKE 04Scripts transcribed off your competitors. Nothing sounded like you, because nothing came from you.
The work
Work we've made, and who we made it with.
Not a client list. This is what comes out of the engine when it runs.

The engine
Five stages. You show up for one of them.
This is the part an agency sells you and then hands back. We keep it, run it, and give you the output. An agency delegates the stress. It does not remove it.
Pillars
A deep session that surfaces the stories only you can tell, and turns them into the three or four things you become known for.
Strategy
Angles built against your actual business moves and the people you want buying, not a content calendar filled in around them.
Sessions
The only stage you are in. Intentional one-to-one capture sessions, scripted prompts, built around the way you already work.
Production
Editors trained on your pillars and your aesthetic, working to a written standard. First cut back the next morning with one comment, not ten.
Scorecard
What moved, what it was worth, and what next month runs on. The part that turns content from a cost into a line you can read.
Your job is still to run the business. Content should never be the thing that takes you away from it.
Showing up to the sessions is the whole ask. You own all of it too: the pillars, the strategy, the raw footage, every finished cut. If you ever walk, it goes with you.
The results
Two founders. One was invisible, the other was doing it all himself.
Two clients, their own words on camera, every number said out loud in the films below. More case studies as they are cleared.
In their words
Both will tell you the reach was never the point. The trust was.
One ran a sourcing agency for six years before anyone outside his industry knew his name. The other was a client of this engine before he became a partner in it. Both unscripted, both in full.
"I don't rely on the follow count as my main lead source, but it's the main reason people are working with me."
"I've had my biggest ever financial months of business without even plugging it, just because people have more trust in me seeing my content."
The transformation
From invisible operator to the reason people work with you.
That is what you are buying. Below is the mechanism that gets you there, and what lands each month while it runs. Every engine is scoped on the call, once we understand the business.
- Six years of real expertise and almost nobody knows
- Revenue depends on referrals and who you already know
- Content happens in bursts, then stops when a client month lands
- Every inbound conversation starts from zero trust
- A public record of what you know, working while you sleep
- Inbound arrives already believing you
- Posting continues whether or not you have the week
- The content becomes the reason people choose you

The first 90 days
If the engine isn't running in 90 days, we work free until it is.
You hold up your end: footage in every week, cuts reviewed. We hold up ours: your pillars, your editors and your pipeline live inside 90 days. If it isn't running, you don't pay another dollar until it is. That's the whole agreement.
Read this before you book
This is not for everyone, and we would rather say so here.
- ×You want views. We build for revenue. If the goal is a follower number, someone cheaper will serve you better.
- ×You want to hand over your brand entirely. The founder has to be on camera. That is the whole mechanism.
- ×You are below $50k per month. The engine works, but the maths will not, and we will tell you that on the call.
- ×You want it cheaper than the shape you need. We do not discount into something we cannot deliver properly.
Before you ask
The questions that come up on every call.
How much of my time does this actually take?
It is built around the way you already work. For some founders that is a scripted block every week, for others it is documenting the business as it happens. We plan it, direct it and chase you to it. Everything after that happens without you. You are not reviewing edits, briefing an editor, or approving captions.
Do I need to already be good on camera?
No. Stage one exists to find the stories you tell well and script prompts around them. Most founders are bad on camera because nobody gave them anything to answer.
Who owns the footage and the system?
You do. The brief, the SOPs, the raw footage and every finished cut. If you leave, the engine leaves with you. That is deliberate.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the shape. A short form engine is a very different build to a full operation with two long form films a month. We scope it on the call once we understand your business and what the content has to do. What we can say upfront: this is an investment with attribution you can see, not a line item you hope is working.
Can you show me examples in my industry?
Every founder has a different gap, so a generic reel does not tell you much. Book the call, we will find where yours actually is, and show you the work that is relevant to it.
What happens on the call?
Sixty minutes. We map where your content is leaking and build a 30 day plan against your real numbers. You keep the plan whether or not we work together.
